1. The Gist

SalaryNegotiator AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered tool to help you draft salary negotiation emails. By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Plain English summary: We give you a tool to write better emails. You are responsible for what you actually send to recruiters.

2. Not Financial or Legal Advice

Our AI generates suggestions based on patterns and data, but it is not a career counselor, lawyer, or financial advisor.

  • We cannot guarantee that you will get a raise.
  • We cannot guarantee that your job offer won't be rescinded (though rare, it happens).
  • You are solely responsible for the final decision to send any email generated by our tool.

3. Data & Privacy (Minimal Retention)

We take privacy seriously because salary data is sensitive.

  • Input Data: Any text you provide (resume/JD) is processed solely for generating your email.
  • No Storage of Resume/JD: We do not store your resume or job description text on our servers. Results are returned to your browser.
  • No Selling: We do not sell your personal data to recruiters, data brokers, or third parties.

4. AI Limitations

We use Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate content. LLMs can sometimes "hallucinate" or generate factually incorrect information.

Your job: Always read the generated email before you send it. Verify any numbers, dates, or company names.

5. Payments & Refunds

The Pro Package is a one-time purchase.

  • Because this is a digital product with immediate access, we generally do not offer refunds once the service has been used (i.e., emails generated).
  • However, if the AI completely failed to generate output due to a technical error, please contact us at leo_ltns@negotiatesalary.work for a full refund.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalaryNegotiator AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
